Ability to set a workload of an item to assignees

When an item is assigned to two or more individuals, it would be good to configure the amount of work assigned to each person. For example, Person A does 20% of an item. Person B does 80%.

In such cases, splitting item into two items and having separate assignees with separate estimation is simpler, than having another functionality to maintain workload "splits" .
