Rows operate like folders, but they do not allow for the assignment of tags, custom fields, assignees, or any additional information. Furthermore, there is currently no option to move Rows between Boards.

Rodrigo González Vásquez you are absolutely right, rows are like folders/containers. Just to better understand your requirement - how would you use tags and custom fields on row level?
