General requirements:

Allow mapping fields and custom fields to ADO work items
Allow filtering specific paths to be synced. Not all items should/can be synced on project scope. Iteration or sprint filtering?
Allow two way sync, meaning changes are propagated to another system right away when in another system they are made.
Support ADO work item type picking based on Teamhood item properties during sync

Questions:

ADO workflows. Validate / prevent invalid worklflow steps. In Teamhood you can move item to any status from any status. In ADO you can define movement paths and prevent specific paths.

It is possible to use Zapier for item creation from Teamhood to ADO or vice-versa. https://zapier.com/apps/azure-devops/integrations/teamhood

Other than that, a full two-way sync is definitelly a new feature request. Thank you!
