Introduce an import template

Importing is actually quite difficult without a template, the only solution is getting a free trial exporting an existing list, interrogating the CSV file, and creating your own template to use. A template and instructions would be beneficial.

Yes, that makes absolute sense. Behind the scenes we also try to recognize format you are importing and adjust, for example Jira and then auto-map (but of course there are many products and we do not recognize majority of them). Same question as in other topic - which product are you importing from?
