Billy De Lange Teddy Park Teddy Park Zach Henze Diego Villalobos Marie Cornil Elizabeth Peterson tagging most active feature requestors. We have reached concept/logical design phase with this feature. I am keen to learn whether we understand why in particular you want such view. Is it because you can aggregate all tasks from all boards and then filter only your personal tasks to have this "all things for me" view? Or is it some other use case? Please elaborate, as it can potentially speed up process of shipping this product change.

Vidas: For me, it would be beneficial to see any of my active tasks. We do monthly task tracking, and sometimes I'm added to tasks and miss the email. Or sometimes I can't work on it this week, so later I have to manually click through every board to see if there are any tasks I might need to do.
With a global Kanban view, I could just filter everything that is assigned to me with the existing filter system. It could have further utility by being able to filter by multiple people for team-based tasks, as well.
I think a really good feature to have for this is the ability to filter rows by name. We use "June" and "July" naming conventions, so if I wanted to see everything back in May that I completed, I could use this filter.

Vidas: I would like it for a "all things for person X" on the workspace admin side of things. This would allow me to quickly see tasks that could be worked on by "person X". We frequently have instances where the planned work cannot be completed due to something else not being done, in which case that person needs work to stay busy while we plan around the roadblock.

Pavel Dvorak if boards have different statuses how would you expect those statuses to show up?
A) Merge items into something simpler: todo doing done
B) Show all unique statuses in some logical order
C) Show only statuses which overlap?

Vidas: I would be happy with option A to start out with!! This should help me get an idea what the team is busy with across several projects (boards)
