Firstly, I'd like to express my appreciation for the robust functionalities that Teamhood offers. To further enhance the platform's reliability and provide peace of mind to users, I have a feature suggestion that I believe would be highly beneficial.
It would be fantastic if Teamhood could introduce the ability for users to create local backups of their workspace or site databases in binary format. This additional backup option would be an excellent safeguard, ensuring that all of our valuable data, including comments and all other details, are securely saved and easily restorable in the event of any unforeseen issues.
Currently, while the export function is helpful, it appears to omit certain elements such as comments, which are critically important to comprehensive data continuity. By allowing local binary backups, users would have greater confidence in the security and completeness of their data, no matter what happens.
Thank you for considering this feature enhancement. I'm confident it would greatly contribute to an even more resilient and user-focused experience on Teamhood.

Wallace Tai we are already working on "Export workspace" functionality. But, even though it will contain items and all their properties, it would still omit comments and attachments. Regarding concerns and restoring from backup - even if you had binary formatted database dump, it is highly unlikely that you would productively manage a restore on your own.
To provide some assurance and trust - we continuously make rolling backups with option to restore point in time for past 7 days, this applies for all Teamhood users. If backup is required due to user side accident or error, only paid customers are entitled to restore procedure starting with Professional and Premium plans. And if you need custom/longer periods of rolling backups we offer advanced services which are ussually purchased by customers as add-ons in Enterprise or Ultimate plans.

Vidas It's good to know that there are past 7 days backup. For me, as I am working on Teamhood by myself, so it's easier to manage. As an IT Professional, I manage the backup and restore for our staff, and they sometimes delete something without realising it, and might ask for backup from a few months ago. I personally also like to keep a quarterly backup if the functionality is available.
Last time I try to migrate from one account and another account, that's the time when I used the Export function, but then it did take me like 12+ hours to put back the attachment and comment manually by copy & paste the comment one by one, as well as download and attach the attachment, not that I will migrate my workspace again, but I find that the Export functionality missing the comments and attachments or even the job complete status at the time was a pain for the migration.

Vidas When I was working with other desktop apps, for example, Quicken or even Outlook Desktop. I like to keep a backup on a weekly, monthly then quarterly basis. This is just so that in the rare case when I made a mistake, I could roll back to the old one to check what it's like then restore back to the new one easily without extra works. At the moment, if the comment and attachment are not available, as the export is kind of exporting an XML file or text file which can ben opened from Notepad, attachments are definitely not part of the export, thus it's not a backup which could be managed by the user. I understand the Team could help to roll back to the last 7 days, but sometimes let's say I make some changes to the structure, and then I realised I want to restore it back to the old state quickly, and it will be handy if this could be done by the user rather than raising a support ticket, that's just my personal opinion. For most of the normal user, I agree that it's easier for the team to manage the restore for them. However for power users like me and some, the option to be able to backup and restore fully (including attachment, comments and everything) will be nice to have :)
