We would greatly appreciate a feature that allows us to define staff capacity on a daily basis within the system.

Current situation:

On the workload board, it is possible to set how many hours an employee works per week and how these hours are distributed across weekdays.

This option is already very helpful.

Challenge:

With flexible working time models and collaboration with student employees, we need more options for adjustment.

Currently, a standard availability is defined, which applies indefinitely. If an employee is available for 40 hours per week instead of 20 hours at short notice, this increased capacity cannot be represented in the system.

Our request:

A calendar view where availability and absences for each employee can be defined and adjusted day by day.
