Jonathan Fair Cecília Ribeiro Florian Seip Janne Timmerbacka Diego Villalobos prima prova please help by answering few questions:
- How do you envision this to be managed - each user manages own calendar or account owners can manage everyone's calendars?
- If user marks a day off, it should be excluded from Workload/Timeline if gruped by user. Any other behaviors?
- Public holidays, should those come in automatically into everyone's Calendar? What if company works across multiple regions with different public holidays?

Vidas: Here are my answers:
- Account owners only can manage.
- That's it.
- Yes, automatically or with the possibility to assign by user or board.

Can you blank out days on the work load for projects where by the date of the week might be a bank holiday and therefore not workable if we choose to enforce the option.
For example, April 7 and April 10 are bank holidays in the UK, Easter Friday and Easter Monday and therefore our office will be shut and nobody should be doing any work and we have previously closed down for two weeks during christmas.
Could that be added?

With current Outlook calendar integration, you could sync with public holiday calendar from Outlook and apply a colored template to symbolize offdays. Just ensure those events are marked as busy/out of office.
Apart from this workaround, this feature is alreadu among the requested ones so I am merging it to initial one.

We are thinking of combining this requirement with outlook calendar integration - meaning that outlook out of office and meeting events will be brought to Teamhood and used for user workload

Wow ... this one would be great! Would shorten the things people have to do when they become sick or they prepare everything for Holiday -> API connector if possible!

I am merging this one with already present Resource calendar.
