This Report view is missing. Currently we can't know the Health of all the projects in terms of budget. May be this could be included on Tracked Tiem view by adding the Estimated budget for each task and then get the totals.

As this feature is already available in Portfolio report. I am closing it. If something else is needed - let's create a separate request.

Yes, very valid request. We are thinking about adding it to Portfolio overview. This would fit when each board is a project, so total budget is already there, only some custom field to track actual cost or total tracked time + formula is required.
