Can we add more advanced editing function in the comment similar to the description? At the moment, there is only limited number of characters the comment field can support which I have to break down a long message into several comments to make it work. I use the comment field to also keep track of the email conversation. When I cut & paste the email from Outlook, I have noticed that while the Description field can cope with the long message, the comment field cannot support it. Also, I use the comment field for tracking my meeting, so I want to setup a meeting template for each meeting (a meeting is a recurring task), but the comment field doesn't support bullets / checkbox / color / font / size, etc which make it harder to create a template. Hope the comment field could be made similar to the Description field.

This one makes sense. Let's see if this gathers other user attention. With rich text editor a lot of things become possible. Bonus, question Wallace Tai - what do you think about attachments right on comments, instead of item itself?

I thnk they serve 2 different purpose, at the moment, I have to attach everything to the item itself which makes it messy. Let's say if the task is a meeting (could be recurring 2 times a week), the ability to attach meeting notes or agenda to the comment, makes it much easier to look the particular meeting minute.
However, it'll be good to attach the 5 Years Plan or KPI to the item itself, let's say the goal for the organisation / department / team, it'll be best to attach to the item itself (let's say the meeting is KPI Progress Review Weekly Meeting).
So in summary, I think it's not one or another but both.

Wallace Tai: sorry for not clarifying that - yes, we would never remove item attachments, just offer ability to have attachments on comments as well. One last dilema is - if user attaches file to a commnet, should that file appear under item attachments automatically or should be kept only near the comment?

Vidas I can't speak for the other people, but personally I would definitely want it to be kept near the comment. The comment could be a simple Meeting Notes 2024.07.15, then the attachment of that actual Word Docs was there.
