Feature Requests

When something happens to Child item, do this to Parent. When something happens to Parent, do this to Child items.

As a user, I want to set resource allocation per each resource separately in the item. As a user, I want to set % per each resource. As a user, I want this allocation % to be used in workload for hour calculations.
