Hi Team, We just noticed a small gap in the automation, where a URL custom field cannot be selected in the trigger. How to replicate: Automation > Wheh this happens "custom field changed" > URL custom fields are not available in the dropdown. Usecase for this is automatically updating all child items when the URL field is changed in the parent, for example.

When we receive notification e-mails, it contains the workspace name, board name, row name and item name. It would be useful to have the entire breadcrumb trail included. It helps the user determine if immediate action is indeed required.

We use the colours, for example, to document that a task is still subject to change. It would be great if you could add an explanation behind the colours. For example: green (planned), yellow (unplanned).

Hi Team, The new automation feature to automatically created synced copies is very neat, but a small gap in it's usability is that it doesn't apply to templates, as templates don't fill in columns from "empty" to "any" or "any" to "any". Maybe something worth investigating? kind regards.

Hi, It would be convenient to be able to limit which templates are visible in which board. Currently every template made is visible in every board in the same workspace. This feature already exists for custom fields. This would allow us to create more specialized templates without overloading people with templates that don't apply to the board they are working in.
